We make it fresh
Salmon is cured and smoked in small batches in the run-up to Christmas, so it's at its best when you collect.
Collect from the shed
Come up on the day you picked. Wait for our email to say your order's ready, then head to Farm View, Rue des Landes, St John, JE3 4AF.
Good to know
Do you deliver?
No. Christmas orders are collection only, and collection is free, from the shed in St John.
How long will it keep?
Unopened in the fridge, from the day you buy: oak smoked salmon 3 weeks, gravlax 2 weeks, biltong bundles 2 weeks.
Any allergens I should know about?
Smoked salmon and gravlax contain fish. Beef Jerky contains soy and wheat. Our biltong, wors and Chilli Bites are made in a facility that also handles mustard and celery. If you need the full ingredients for anything, just ask.
Can I collect on a different day?
Christmas collection days are Saturday 19th, Wednesday 23rd and Wednesday 30th December, and you pick yours when you order. If none of them work, get in touch. Orders that aren't collected can't be refunded, so please make sure your day works.
