The Salmon we smoke is 1st Class Farmed Salmon brought to Jersey by Dunn Ross Fisheries in the fish market.
Its cured over-night in our smoke house before we cold smoke the salmon sides over smouldering oak chips.
The finished product is so delicate and refined compared to mass produced smoked salmon.
Our oak-smoked salmon is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a fancy dinner party or a casual weekend brunch.
