Our Biltong is made from well cared for grass-fed Jersey cows - we use a mixture of premium Topside and Silverside cuts. The meat is always hand cut before being spiced with our standard blend of dry spices in just the right amount to enhance the flavour of the meat without being overpowering.
Always with a hint of coriander seed which gives it that distinct South African biltong taste.
The sticks are dried over a period of 5 to 6 days resulting in tender and tasty biltong which is then sold as whole sticks or sliced.

Keep biltong in a dry, cool place! As a meat product, biltong should be stored at low temperatures to prevent spoilage and prolong the flavour.
